Karl P. Numinen was selected by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) as an arbitrator and is listed on the AAA's national roster of neutral arbitrators for construction cases. Karl is regularly selected by judges and other attorneys to sit on case evaluation panels and is designated as a qualified mediator by the United States District Court for the Western District of Michigan. Karl has also been selected by the Michigan Court of Appeals as the Upper Peninsula settlement facilitator their Domestic Relations Settlement Program.
